Building my own fantasy football draft board

Every year I go into my fantasy draft with a list of players I like, and every year that list falls apart by round three. The rankings you find online are averages. They tell you where a player usually goes, not where you'd take him.

So I built a draft ranker. It charts players by their average draft position and lets you move them to where you'd actually pick them. You can filter down to a single position when you're deciding between two guys, and you can see how your board differs from the consensus.

The useful part isn't the chart, it's the argument you have with yourself while building it. By the time the draft starts you've already made the hard calls, so when you're on the clock with 60 seconds left you're just reading your own list.
